EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
If your employer offers and EAP, you may qualify for a set number of covered sessions at no cost to you. EAP services use a solution-focused approach to support clients with immediate concerns and short-term goals.
In addition to brief counseling, EAP programs may also offer management consultations, workplace trainings, and critical incident response services.
